The best dishes in our box started as reader submissions. Tell us yours — if it sings in our test kitchen, we will cook it, photograph it and publish it with your name on it.
What makes a strong submission
- Exact quantities in grams or millilitres — “a handful” only for herbs.
- Every step in order, with times and the signs to look for.
- Servings, equipment, and any make-ahead or swap notes.
- A photo of the finished dish if you have one (phone photos welcome).
